Hi guys,
Can't believe the year's gonna end this week, I already have a couple of New Year's designs planned to help you get inspired but I thought it was a bit too soon to post them so instead I have an attempt at a winter mani. I actually say this pattern only and tried to replicate it, it's not exactly the same but I still think it looks cute. As base color I used NOPI Goodbye Shoes, which looks teal on the pics but it's actually more dark gray, I stamped the leaves with Moyou London Enchanted 15 and MDU Bones, then added a few dots here and there with a dotting tool. What do you think? Hi guys, I have an easy stamped design today. I've always loved how bright blue and yellow look together and I've been wanting to try it on my nails for a really long time so here it is. As base color I used NOPI Hit the Lights, for the white accent and white stamped I used OPI Alpine Snow and plate BM206. Blue stamp was made using Kleancolor Metallic Blue and Plate PUEEN24. I wish the pics would've been better but you still get the idea of how fun this manicure is. I'll probably do more blue+yellow color combos in the future.
Thanks for reading ♥ Hi ladies, I'm super excited about today's manicure cause it has my first successful decal, I've tried before and failed miserably or the result wasn't as good as planned but not this time. I wanted to do a Hello Kitty manicure to honor all the madness surrounding the new discovery that she's a 9 year old girl, not sure how many girls have cat ears and whiskers in real life but I'm not buying that, she's always gonna be a kitty in my mind, c'mon! it says so in her name. Anyways, I used all Nicole by OPI polishes in this design minus the white which is Kleancolor Winter Waltz. Plates used: Moyou Pro 08, Born Pretty Store M71, Cici&Sisi09. Nail polishes Used: Leapink for Joy, Wear Something Spar-Kylie, The Coral of the Story, Party Bus. I hope you liked this mani, I'm definitely gonna try more decals in the future, it was a lot of fun and the results are great. Now I'm going back to my book. Have a great Sunday!
Thanks for reading ♥ Hi guys, Fall is coming soon and all the new nail polish collections are starting to show up online so I decided to join the club and show you a color that's super appropiate for fall. Just Busta-Mauve (don't you just love that name?) is a fine shimmery mix of copper, blue, and mauve that mix together to make a really unique shade. The polish is a bit on the sheer side since it's super shimmery but I was able to get full coverage with 3 easy coats. I think I might be using this shade for some fall nail art in the future.
If you're interested, I got this polish on sale at Bed Bath and Beyond for $5, not sure how old is it or if it's still available but it's worth the shot. Thanks for reading ♥ Hi guys, I have a super pretty glitter from the Nicole by OPI Carrie Underwood collection, I used t listen to Carrie Underwood a lot to the point that my boyfriend knew the lyrics and would sing along to most songs (but you didn't hear it from me) Moving on... Lips are Drippin' Honeys is a gold glitter mix in a clear base. I wanna say it's holographic but it looks a bit different than regular holos. Just see it for yourself. I don't usually wear just glitter on my nails, I love how it looks but I had to add something else cause I'm annoying like that, but if you're in a rush and don't want plain nails you can add this glitter to add a wow factor.
Nicole by OPI retails for about $7 I got mine at K-Mart for $5. As always, thanks for reading ♥ Happy Saturday! Today I'm wearing another untried that I got on sale last year, this polish was around $3 and totally worth it. Back to Reality... TV is a dusty purple with hot pink shimmer, I wish the shimmer was a bit more noticeable but you can still see it in the sun light. Application was great, 3 coats for full opacity but it was good with 2. Do you like polishes with shimmer in a contrasting color? Let me know in the comments.
Thanks for reading! Hi guys, Today I have a couple of swatches from Nicole by OPI Fabulous is my Middle Name which is an awesome mix of Silver, pink, red and blue bar glitter and small silver hex in a clear base. Application was super smooth I used a pink polish as base of this pic but if you're patient enough you can wear it by itself in 3-4 coats. I truly love how this polish looks, I'm usually not fond of bar glitter but something about them being super fine and mixed with regular glitter makes is super unique and interesting. What do you thing about this polish?
Thanks for reading <3 Hi guys, I have my first Valentine's related mani, I didn't want it to be too cutesy cause it's not Feb 14th yet so I made a bit punk. The base color is Nicole by OPI in Fabulous is my Middle Name and the stamp is from the Pueen16 plate. I really like how this turned out, is not too pink and not too bad-ass, just the right amount of both.
What will you be wearing on your nails for Valentines? Thanks for reading <3 Hi, This is post #2 for today since I'm trying to keep up. This polish I really really wanted, it came out with the Selena Gomez collection. It's a peachy pink color with a subtle shimmer that sadly dissapears on the nail. Application was easy, just 2 coats for full opacity. Even though the shimmer doesn't show at all I still like this polish, it's a nice palette cleanser after you've worn dark colors for a few days straight.
Stay tuned for more untrieds tomorrow. Hey ladies! It's Monday again and I was not ready to go back to work but here I am. For today I have another Valentine's Day manicure :) For this one I used Nicole by OPI in You're an Angel as base color, then I stamped a few patterns using a white polish. For the hearts I used some heart stickers, just the regular ones you use for scrap booking and crafts and then I painted on top with China Glaze Bing Cherry. Check it: This last pic looks more color accurate on how my nails were in real life. What do you think?
